A 3-day mindfulness retreat in the mountains for people who
think & rush too much and rest & reset too little.
Why You're Here
Most people don't need more information.
They need space to hear themselves again.
This retreat is a deliberate interruption.
The tab count never goes down. The notifications don't stop. Your mind runs even when your body is still.
You're productive on the outside. Inside there's a quiet tension, a sense that something important is being missed.
The days fill themselves. Integrating what's actually happening in your life keeps getting postponed.
The Transformation
No forced sharing. No esoteric rituals. No performance.
Just space for our mind, body and soul.
What Actually Happens
Three days with a clear daily rhythm, not a rigid schedule. Enough structure to feel held. Enough space to actually breathe.
Practical, grounded meditation, no prior experience needed.
Movement in alpine nature as a form of embodied awareness.
Structured time to process and absorb what arises.
Facilitated group conversations in a safe, non-pressured space.
Short, relevant talks grounding the retreat in science and practice.
Focused 1:1 sessions for personal clarity and direction.
The Setting
The mountain setting is not chosen for scenery, but for its effect on the nervous system. Distance from urban noise, reduced sensory input, and slower external rhythms create conditions in which attention can settle without effort. Altitude, cooler air, and physical separation from daily routines support down-regulation and mental clarity.
Silence here is not enforced, but naturally present. This allows the mind to decelerate without constant stimulation, making mindfulness practice less effortful and more sustainable.
The retreat takes place at Berglodge37, a quiet alpine lodge perched at 1,450 m above sea level in Canton Uri, accessible only by cable car. The environment is intentionally understated: warm, clean, and functional, supporting rest without distraction. There is no luxury performance, but everything needed to feel safe and at ease.
Both shared and private rooms are available at Berglodge37. Shared rooms are limited to a small number of participants and are arranged to respect personal space. Private rooms can be requested in advance, subject to availability. All rooms are simple, comfortable, and oriented toward rest.
Meals are prepared using fresh, local alpine ingredients, simple, nourishing, and regular. The food philosophy supports stable energy and digestion, avoiding extremes. Vegetarian options are standard; special dietary needs can be accommodated with prior notice. Meals are part of the rhythm of the retreat, not a focal point.
Who Is Holding the Space
Basil works at the intersection of mindfulness, self-reflection, and modern life demands. His background is in structured, analytical environments, which informs a clear, non-esoteric approach to inner work. In the retreat space, he holds structure, pacing, and integration, making sure practices are accessible, grounded, and respectful of individual boundaries.
Zuzanna brings a calm, relational presence and a strong sensitivity to group dynamics. Her work centers on embodied awareness, emotional regulation, and gentle inquiry. During the retreat, she supports participants in staying connected to their experience without pressure to perform, explain, or share more than feels right.
Together, we bring structure and warmth, analytical clarity and relational depth. The retreat is designed to be approachable for people who are new to this kind of work, and meaningful for those who have explored it before.
We hold the space, but we don't claim to have answers. Our role is to create conditions in which you can find more clarity yourself.
